Returns happen. It’s okay! We want satisfied customers so take a look at these instructions and drop us a line or give us a call if you need.

Take note of your order number and the condition of the goods that you received. We accept new goods that have not been used and are in their original packaging within 30 days after you have received them.

No explanation needed, simply email us and give us the order number and let us know what it is that you are returning.

Put them in the mail and when we receive them we’ll contact you and refund or exchange your product for the value of the goods that you purchased less the shipping costs.

Most returns or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse.
