About the event
One of the greatest fears today is that our memory will fail us. There are numerous ways in which we can take control of our mind in order to strengthen our memory. On the Panel I will host women who will give us tools to actually improve our memories and brain health!
Ladies, join our FREE Panel for some hands-on tips to help you remember names, facts or what it was you had intended to do just 5 minutes ago.

- Idite Primes made the transition to becoming a Health Coach after two decades of working in finance. She was CFO for several startups, specializing in high tech and fund raising and enjoyed the business world finding it challenging and stimulating.
A decade ago she was in a car accident, resulting in severe head trauma and brain injury. While on her journey back to health she discovered a passion for health and wellness. This brought her to study nutrition and natural ways of healing in which she discovered ways to strengthen her brain's abilities and her cognitive skills. She then studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the world, to become a Health Coach, and work with people to help them become their healthiest, most energetic selves.
- Gila Slonim, a social worker who spent many years working in the academic world feels that it is a true gift to work with Avnei HaHoshen and crystals. These precious objects are beautiful as well as being powerful tools for assessment and healing. She feels that she was externally encouraged to move into this area of healing and that it is important to share the true wonders of crystals, a gift which G'd has given us for our use and benefit. Through the use of crystals, Gila is able to see how people are frustrated that they are unable to remember or process thoughts as well as they would like or as they were accustomed to doing. Crystals help me to understand how someone is feeling and to help them both with these feelings and to practically assist them to improve their memory.
